This Carved Slate plaque is 9" tall and 12" wide, and approximately 1/4" thick. Typically, these slate shingles are used for roofing, and last 100 years.

You can choose the color of the letters from the selection below. White is illustrated in the photo above..

A leather cord is provided for hanging, or use the two mounting holes to secure it to a wall.
